question about gta san andreas
question about gta san andreas –
what dvd-r do i have to get to burn grand theft auto san andreas.the reason why im asking this is becouse ive seen previews of it and i could tell it has alot of memory so i want to now if i have to get a special dvd-r or if i could use the same thing i have.
you will have to burn it to d/l-dvd-r
or someone will probably make a rip kit which will allow to burn it onto 3 normal dvd-r; like 1 dvdr for 1 city who knows
It's definitaly a DVD9, so you'll either have to get a dual-layered DVD burner and Dual layered media, or just wait for some rip kit.
Well, I'll admit when I'm wrong - it's definitaly NOT a DVD9 - d'oh. Guess I bought into the hype. A friend of mine who's a game editor told me it was a DVD9 and I guess I just bought it. Oh well, guess I was wrong - bought into the hype as much as everybody else did.
whats a rip kit were do i get it from
It's actually 4292 MB, so it should fit on a regular disc, no?
How can people say that it is definitaly a DVD9 without seeing one?
It is alledged that Rockstar altered the sound format to find on DVD5 after the DVD9 debacle that was Champions of Norrath (i.e. huge return rates due to lots of Ps2's not playing dvd9's)
Is this why gun shots sound like microwaved popcorn?
could be...they must have desampled a ton of stuff...
No matter if that is DVD5 or DVD9, GTA serie used to load a lot, and Vice City was one of the games that stressed the laser most. I think San Anderas will have the same issues.
