Can someone pleease tell me:
1) the BIN image file required by PS2Logo, is it Mode 2 Form1, Mode 2 Form 2, or what ?

I have a PAL PS2, version 4, SCPH-30004-R, with Messiah modchip !!!

2) when patching a CDLoader image, do I select
i) NTSC or PAL ?
ii) Messiah, Sony, None ?
