PS2 CDR backups cant boot often !!

hi, I've just burned a ps2 cdr backup on a Verbatim at 4x and 8x.

I tried it on my new pal messiah 1 modded ps2 and it cant boot very often.

I used a Kalisto release so I think it's a good rip.

I burnt with CDRWIN 3.9g. Must I have to check on the Raw option ?

The only solder point which isn't very neat is the SCEX, is it important ?
What is his function ?

Any ideas ?

I will try another rip tomorrow.

I tried 3 other games and only one of them boots each time.

Does it mean many iso on the web are of bad quality ?

I guess you can't go wrong if you pick .bin and .cue files instead of iso. I have had problems too booting with Verbatim cd's, i use Disc Power.

guys i have a neo 2 with action replay 2 v 1.6 and i have the same problem.
i will try the new magic 4 mod.
i hope it ll be reliable.
its only 10 bucks

actualy i cant try the magic 4 because its not compatible with my ps2 30004 oh shit...
I ordered the messiah 2 for 55 euros though and i get it tomorrow...
