Well, it finally works, I didn't expect that I would be able to patch the lba table the first time!
I did however knew that esr patches the scecdmmode automatically but that's not the reason I ask. I want to make a proper cd to dvd conversion and in order for me to do that I have to patch the scecdmmode. I always test my backups with the pcsx2 emulator prior to patching and burning my backups. Only with tom & jerry I get a black screen. Of course I know this is because of the scecdmmode not being patched. Out of curiosity, how do you patch the scecdmmode? Is there a specific way? And of course thank you for all your help, I appreciate it!
I have always using Sonix's Console Media Patcher. But it's deceptive.
If you already successfully done "CD2DVD", everyone will be glad if you gave us some info:
1. GameID (i.e SCES-12345).
2. Which files are checked.
3. In which file is/are LBA table/s.
4. In format is/their are.
Sorry for the late posting. The info on Tom & Jerry War of the Whiskers:

3. The format is a little difficult to explain. Let's say we have start sector 10069 of a file. The corresponding hex value is 2755. In the LBA Table it is written like 55 27, so I guess backwards?? Something hex value like 255 is written 55 02 (backwards again, from last to first).
I only had to patch the lba of first files and make the corresponding sectors last. That way I didn't have to patch the complete table. Although it will only work with ESR because the scecdMmode is not patched and ESR does it automatically for you. I hope I gave you all enough information. Oh, and the hex editor I used was HxD a great tool!
