    hello there.
    l am buying a Pioneer AO5 DVD-R on Saturday. l want to know more about backing up my PS2 games.
    Should l use the latest Nero for backing up or should l use different software?
    What brand of DVD-R do you recommend?
    Is there latest firmware available for that burner, if so which site?
    None of my PC mates know anything about DVD-Rs, so this might be a silly question
    Can you buy 9.4 gig DVD-Rs that work on this burner?

    PrimoDVD or RecordNow. Nero sux for DVD backups and besides, Nero doesn't support Global Image (.gi) files.

    Don't be lazy. Take some time to read through the various threads here and you'll have all your answers and might even learn a thing or two along the way...
