problems backing up sims urbz

i ripped it with dvd decrypter, then burnt it with dvd decrypter, always burn at 1X. its the ntsc usa copy, and what happens is i burnt it and when it says loading the game music is skipping like nuts and then takes like 10 min to get to the next screen. then after that it does the same to the next screen. i copied to hdd and it loaded super fast but when trying to create profile it froze up. i notice that no scene release is available in ntsc, so is there a problem with this game? someone help!

Remove the line "HDDUNITPOWER = NICHDD" from the "System.cnf".
Rebuild with CDVDGEN. The skips will be gone, but still won't work on HDD.

what if i just use like an iso buster program to open it, and then change it, and reburn with that file renamed, ive never used cdvdgen...
