problem with primoDVD

Hi! I´m a spanish guy. My english is not very good, sorry. I´ll try to explain my problem as easy as I can.
Used primo to backup a game.I´m using a pioneer104 with the PX engine and firmware upgrade. Im using woxter dvd-r media. When primo DVD starts appear "No compatible recorder drives have been found in this computer". What sould I do?

PPDD: In Spain the DVDr are expensive (4 Euros = nearly 4$). Where can I found DVDr with a lower price?¿. Any Page in internet?.
Here the fact of "burns" DVD is not as usuall as in USA, so we have very problems with the software required and the way to do the backups.

Make sure you installed the PxEngine update which can be found here properly (You may have to reboot to complete it):

Apart form that it should work, i use the Pioneer 104 as well and it recognises mine ok.

as for the media, there are quite a few sites on this forum where you can get "cheaper" media, but thats not always a good thing, PS2's are very fussy about the medi they can read......$4 for media is about right, but you can use cheaper media if you can get it to work!
