A-05 is the OEM version of the 105. That basically means the A05 comes with nothing, just wrapped in an antistatic bag. The 105 is in the box with all the software and such. (the software sucks ass, so buy OEM if ya can, it should be cheaper)

You are confused. It is the other way around. The A05 comes with cables and software. The 105 is the oem that only comes with the bare drive.
