So I have Ace Combat The Belkan War... but its PAL... Right now im just playing with MI chip set to NTSC so it forces it into NTSC... but its annoying how the movies are out of sync..

so the question is... if I make an ISO of it, then patch the iso from PAL to NTSC.. will that make the movies go in sync? or will it pretty much do what MI chip is already doing which is just fix the picture so its playable but movies will still be out of sync?

Also while im asking that.. any good guides or software to patch it?
