patching a pal game to ntsc

I got a pal game and i need to patch it to ntsc. I tried a few programs but they never worked. anyone know a good patcher to convert a Pal game to Ntsc game. thanks

There just aren't any. Every PAL to NTSC patcher out only addresses the X coordinate, never the Y value. This results in the screen display being hacked off either at the top but more so at the bottom of the screen. If any text information or game play occurs in that region, then you're hosed.

Better to just wait for a proper NTSC version unless you have no other alternative.
