Patching DVD RIPS GTA VICE CITY

Someone help me i followed the directions exracted the bin to a image in iso buster then used no mod patch and it turned the iso to lik 202 kb can someone tell me whats wrongs

no mod patch usually are patches for released DVDRip CD image.

You will need to find a no mod ripkit.
