Patches and burnig 1:1

If is in the PS2 modchip Magic 3.1 and games (PSX,PS2) are burned 1:1 (DVD and CD) and are anti-mod games will I need to patch this copies or will they work propertly.

Unknown - as there aren't any games out with anti-mod code yet.
