Can't remember if i've asked this before, but does anyone know what software converts a PAL backup into an NTSC backup?
Does adr patcher do this sort of stuff?

    Thanks

If using adr patcher doesn't work for you then you can still play that PAL backup on your NTSC system by having 3 things: Swap Magic 3 CD Disk, Swap Magic 3 DVD Disk, and Xploder 4 Disk (can be a backup of it)...and of course your backup.

Start by putting CD verison disk in first, let it boot the Xploder 4 Disk, in the xploder menu switch the video to ntsc, then boot your swap magic disk again(dvd version if backup is on dvd or cd version if backup is on cd), then finally your backup. Done.

It's a long process but it works to correct the rolling screen and black and white thing. Then use the games video correction to adjust the screen since the y-axis will never be perfect.
