Apperntly your session have timed out on the links that you gave us.. but I think the best way to clean your laser is with an air can.. I heard that the CD cleaners scratch the lense.

hmm I would go with the dry lens cleaner..unless you place your ps2 around an area that is always smokey. I dont think lens cleaners would scratch your lens cuz the brushes are so so soft unless u buy a cheap one maybe. sue if it does scratch yur lens
