I have a few PAL games. Like La Pucelle Tactics, as well as a few other ones. However, I live in America. I've noticed that with my Myth modchip, some games boot up and ask what hertz you want the game in, as the PAL 50 hertz is not compatible with American devices. Most of my games do this, but some games like La Pucelle PAL simply sit there in the wrong framrate, and are thus unplayable. Is there any way to fix this? Additionally, is there a list of games that don't have this fix in them, so I know which games NOT to buy due to compatibility? Dor example, I would like to buy Atelier Iris PAL, but I don't want to waste that money and have it not have the option to change the framrates and thus have an unplayable game!

So is there a list anywhere of which games have the hertz adjustability, and which don't? Or other ways to fix games that don't have this adjustment? Thanks!
