nhl 2004 booting problem

hey guys i am having trouble to copy nhl 2004. i am using dvd decrypter to backup my ps2 games. i backup nhl 2004 it boots fine , then i select teams that i want to choose . after when it starts to load just before the game start, it freeze right there. any suggestion please why is it happening? i have burnt it on 3 dvd-r and same problem.once i burnt with recordnow max on princo 1x.also nhl 2004 toc size is 4.36 gb but my swap magic 2 toc size is 4.35 gb. is it because my swap magic is smaller than the backup. if that's the problem then it shouldn't even boot.just tell me how come the game boots fine but it freeze at the loading screen.

i have ps2 v5, swap magic 2.0, gameshark v2,3 ,flip lid, neo 2.2, pioneer ao6.

note: i have burnt madden 2004 and the getaway with no problem.

I'm also wondering this as a friend of mine as come across the exact same problem. I'm beginning to wonder if it's a TOC issue with the Swap Magic discs...

Can anyone confirm this?

hmmm... I just tried using a dvdrip of NHL2004 (Team CSiSO rip) (cdr) with the Swap Magic discs and it still does the same thing (hangs on the loading screen after team selection and such).

Must be some sort of protection...

TOC or double .elf problem it doesnt work wth magic swap disks

should work with gameshark disks though if you use orignial DMC or DMC2 to boot with
