Newsgroups suck lately eh?

bah! my AT&T Broadband just changed over to Comcast, who doesnt appear to carry newsgroups. Grrrrrr

they did post silent hill 3 PAL version 2 months ago. or whenever it was that it came out. is it weird for you guys that when you NTSC patch a PAL game and play on a NTSC tv the screen ratio is all fxxked up and looks like you dont see the entire screen? I first had that problem with the PAL Dreamcast KOF 2001... now its happening to my patched NBA Street 2 and SH3...

its not a huge problem, but its anooying to have some part of the screen "out there"...
