Newbie - need a bit of advice with Midnight Club 2

Hi guys, i'm new to the whole PS2 DVD-ripping scene, and so i've been experimenting with these dvd rip kits. I managed to make a Midnight Club 2 iso using a pal kit (because I have a pal copy of the game) and so that's all good. However when it came to the burning of the iso, there was a little trouble.

I've used Nero 5.5, Alcohol 120%, and CDRWin 3.9D, and I have the same problem. Where you would normally get the Playstation 2 logo, the screen is just black and stays that way. If anyone could give me any advice (ie any settings I need to change) that would be fantastic.

I'll say, your iso is no good.

must've left a few dvd checks in.. or must've taken out too much data instead of the checks
