    Elkayps2 Guest
Just wondering about the Neo Brand dvd-media sold on playstationmods.com
    http://playstationmods.com/cdr.htm#NEODVDR

Has anybody fully tested it with games like MGS2(sol) that have allot of FMV scene's??
    does it skip??
    what about dvd-movies??

its seems to be a very good option pricewise, i'd just hate to order 50 and then find out they are shit..

    Help appreciated,

    Regards
    Elkay

I find this post very unusual

I think perhaps you are reffering to the original NEO DVDR and these have not been sold for a while.

The new disc is the NEO PREMIUM DVDR and is the Ritek G03 dye.

What i found unusual was your comments about them not working but Traxdata did work. Well here's the catch - Traxdata is also the made by Ritek and is the G03 dye.

NEO PREMIUM and TRAXDATA are one in the same disc - thats why they've been selling out

In fact the old 2x disc is no longer on sale - we have now progressed to the new NEO4X PREMIUM DVDR. Its based on the new Ritek G04 dye and is licenced to burn at 4x on Pioneer 105 and at 2x on Pioneer 103/104 with no firmware cracks needed.

Us the NEO4X with Stomp Recordnow MAX v4.5 and you will see fantatsic results - it truly is the most fantastic burn you've ever seen.

The discs will work on ALL ps2 / xbox / standalone dvd players.

We offer these discs cheaper than anyone as we are direct source - simply compare the prices to Traxdata - both discs are 1:1 the same made at the SAME factory

    You can buy here: http://www.playstationmods.com/cdr.htm

We are so confident of these discs that we will send 1 FREE NEO4 PREMIUM DVDR to addresses in the UK - please email your address to paul@neotechnologies.co.uk - we promise you will not be dissapointed !

To see the difference in dye quality I made a comparison image (This was for the original NEO PREMIUM which worked at 2x with cracked firmware)
