Need help copying a backup

I have an old copy of GT Concept Tokyo that I would like to copy, since the original is getting scratched. I have Alcohol 120, but I'm not so sure how I should go about copying it correctly from my original backup to a new disc. Any suggestions?

there's an option for disc type, just choose the playstation 2 setting, and copy it. it'll work.

Arrrrrrrrrr, make sure ye first make an image on yer Hard Drive...then burns that image down ta CD. Doing a direct 1:1 copy isn't really trustworthy...so it isn't!
