    NEC ND-1300 good choice for backup? Is it? Its so sheap so i think i should buy it! But is it good, can it burn and backup ps2 games in a nice way?

    What kinda discs is the best disc to burn if i want to use my ps2? DVD-R/+R/-RW/+RW?

    most ppl agree that for v5and up dvd+r and dvd-r work well while for older than v5 only dvd-r works well. so i say get dvd-r

    i sent this drive back because it will only burn at 2x+ for a dvd-r disc. for maximum compatibility i burn all games (dvd-r) at 1x which the NEC refused to do. sent it back and got a pioneer dvr106 and i'm very happy w/ it
