nba street volume 2 just doesnt work

I put it in it gets ready to goto the playstation 2 logo screen but it doesnt just goes black can anyone help? im using verbatim as my media and i burned it at 1x, my laser isnt dirty can someone help

it was ripped from a PAL version of the game...did u patch it? i bet u didn't...don't worry tho i got u

get the newest version PPF-O-Matic if u don't have it already and download this file:
http://members.rogers.com/micnificent/pdx-nbs2.ppf

apply the patch to the .bin file and burn it to a cd

actually if it were still in pal, it should still load, but be greyscale and scroll vertically... right?
