my ps2 blows!!

I have backups/rips of rpg maker 2 and SSX3 onto 2 cdr's.
Why OH Why do the games only work 1 in every 50 times? literally, they only work once every 20-40 tries. anyone have any ideas?

details. I have a magic 3 modchip and a v7 ps2. I am using Memorex cd-rs

maybe memorex doesnt work in your ps2? the most obvious things to do(for me at least, dunno why other people dont think it), is either try different media, or clean the lens.

don't use directly copy(cd copy to cd),use image copy

try diff media , ur v7 dont like memorex

and try an other chip the magic chip is not to reliable.

Dont do rips, get a DVD burner!!
