Hello, I havent dealt with this problem since i have gotten my m2 v7 ps2.

I have a TDK IndiDVD 2.4x DVD+R Burner. I have used Ritek DVD+, FUJI DVD+, TDK DVD+ and all the same result. Loading times on games are way too long and if the game constantly loads (for example fight night) game stutters and freezes for a bit til it loads, its annoying. Football games like nfl and madden and ncaa take way too long between plays etc.. But then again originals play fine.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks for reading.

Have you tried a firmware update? Some of the early releases of the Sony and Pioneer clones had screwy firmwares that were the source of a lot of problems.

Know anyone who could burn you a copy on a -R to test? Your laser obviously is having a hard time reading the media. If cleaning/adjusting it doesn't help, you may need a more reliable media format. Or you might need to replace the laser unit

    Good Luck!

If it ain't broke don't try to fix it! But, hell if you can tweak that bastard just a little bit more....hehehe.
