A new patch was released on the 6th of Sept and it is around 47Mb unrar'ed and is quite good. I managed to get it before it went down again

I've put it up on Console Paradise and it will remain there until a newer version comes out!

Another patch has been released guys. I've managed to download it before the link died.

I've played both versions and noticed that the English version doesn't have "Install To HDD" and "Play Online" options. Also, the JAP version still feels a little quicker for me. Even thought I have the ENG version set to 60Hz.

I did notice there are a few more, or perhaps more frequent player animations in the ENG version. Players wave their hands in disgust when free kicks are given and other minor things.

hey i got pro evo3 (english) and the names of the teams suck!
they have some really stupid names...
is there a patch 4 P.E.S 3 that ull put in the correct names??
