That is what I was talking about. D/L games is not legit
Someone has to put a warning against this in there when these things pop up. It's a legal thing.
I was listing the different methods often used. If the FMV sequences are too complex to compress small enough, sometimes they will substitute a different movie or just blank out the short, insignificant ones with a black screen.
What you have is a recompiled image (ie, a RIP). It is NOT the same as your direct image of the game. Even zipped up with .rar, the image would likely be about 1GB or so at best (unless it's full of dummy files which spoof the original size of the image and compress very well). The movies have been re-encoded to a lower resolution or color depth, and possibly some dummy files have been reduced in size and the LBA assignments have been carefully edited and media checks corrected to make it all fit and run from a CD instead of a DVD. This is a very complicated process and there are HowTo's and tools out there on the web. You just need to search on it. Try one of the other game forums. Try starting at consoleworld.com or something. Technically, this topic should not be covered in too much depth here--especially with all the piracy crap that's bouncing around right now.

If it ain't broke don't try to fix it! But, hell if you can tweak that bastard just a little bit more....hehehe.
