I heard HD Loader does not play the music, but does anyone know if the game plays properly when backing up to a DVD-r?
Thanks

i havent tried, but there choud not be a problem.
dvdr backup works flawlessly NatureX. first impressions of the game didn't look like rockstar out-did themselves, but maybe when I have more time to my PS2 I will check it out more.
you should check out the xbox version, you should be thankfull that you have a PS2 the graphics on the xbox version suck big time I know the xbox has better graphics but i think they made the xbox version just to make some extra change
if you have both systems do a compare of the game and youll see what i mean
I was playing it with hdloader today and it seemed fine. However, I just got gt4 working on the hd so, compared to that, this game kinda sucks.
I made a backup and it freezes after the intro. If I press X during the intro, it also freezes. I'll try it again later.
it plays fine with swap magic 3.3 on a dvd-r
is this game dvd-9 like gran turismo? or is ripping to HDD not a prob?
i think the Midnight Club 3 DUB Edition USA PS2DVD-PROTOCOL release is crap
freezes so much and loading times are craptacular
