  1. #1 Laser adjust & "TP signal"

I've searched the forum but didn't find anything about this problem, hope it's ok to ask this in a new thread...

When I play my backed up games, sometimes the movie sequences drops/skips for maybe half a second or so, especially on DVD-games.
When I compare the backup with the original disc, the original works better.

I was thinking about adjusting the laser to fix this problem, since I want the backups to run as smoothly as the originals. I've read a guide about this, a pdf-file which, when opened, have the headline "Playstation 2 Laseradjustment / replacement".
There is a picture in this guide of where to find the "TP eye-pattern signal", but this picture is for the older model of PS2 only. There is no picture for newer versions of PS2

Anybody knows where to find the TP eye-pattern signal for the newer versions of PS2? I have a v10 PAL machine.

And before anyone ask: Yes, I have already measured the coils and they are in good condition In fact, I have recently replaced the top part of the laser (the one with the coils) since my last one measured 1,6 ohms on one of the coils.
But now both my coils measures about 4,9 ohms each, so I know this must be a calibration issue...

And yes, I'm of course going to try and adjust the lens angle and all the other stuff before I try adjusting the power of the laser beam. But if I can't get it to work by adjusting the angle, then I would also like to try adjusting the beam. But I would prefer to have control of what I'm doing, and by looking at the TP pattern while doing this I can be sure not to distort the TP signal.

Where can the TP signal be found on v10 mainboards?
I appreciate all help I can get. Thanks.
    (Sorry about my bad english)
