It just won't work :( [Swap Magic Woes]

I got Swap Magic 3.6 and the SlimTool today. I installed everything, and poped in the Swap Magic disc. I then opened the lid, and the screen said something like put in a CD with a bigger TOC. So I stick in the ps2 backup, then it says "NOT A VALID PS2 DISC." ok..... I retry to burn at 2x through Alcohol 120% with Sony DVD+R media. Same problem.. I try Ridata DVD-R media, same problem... I then go out and buy Memorex DVD-R media.. I burned my backup with DVD Decrypter at 1x. same problem. Finally, now five hours later, still no backups are playable. I bought Memorex media because I read somewhere that it was pretty good for backups.

Pretty much I no longer want to waste anymore money, I couldn't buy the Memorex DVD's singally, I had to buy it in a package of five. So I don't want to go out trying other media, I'm starting to wonder if it's even the DVD-R media as the problem. Anyways, I also tryed burning a Maxell CD two times, it didn't work aswell.

Anyone got any suggestions? I'm starting to give up.

You are not swapping the disc properly. Make sure the slim tool is actually pushing down on the sensors. The PS2 should not "know" that you are swapping disc.
