I made a backup of one of my games yesterday and when i was about to burn the image (made with record max) a choose Writespeed x1....and its automatically writing x2??? and the word Just Link pop up next to x2....?? Why cant i write in x1? my DVD can write in max 2.4x..but i must be able to choose x1?? dont i?

i found an option in record max to turn of just link...but will it work then? in DVDDecrypter i got an error message telling me that write mode x1 was NOT supported by my DVD writer.....w*t =/

please help me....or is it ok to write the imagen in 2x? will i get slowdowns or anything? I'm using Sony DVD+R discs... ($6)
