hey does anyone wanna update me on the latest ps2 info like whats the new string for dvd protection and what does these files mean ( .IRX , .DFU , .54FILE)

well enter the matrix is a hard game to rip for a newb. mabee you should start with somethng easyer unless of course u can code teh tools for the two big fiels in this game.

an IRX file is the ps2s version of a dll

if you dont know that then youve definately been out for a while.. try looking for some starter tutorials on www.alucard.cc

well the game has big files with little files inside of them. a tool will need to be coded if u want to fit this game on cdr. teh tool is an extractor/rebuilder... definatly not for newbs unless u have a major in C++ or something

ok i have everything done for enter the atrix and i foudn the dvd protect codes and removed them now the only thing stoppin me is the 2 1.5gb wad.dfu files and i need a program to open them up disk file utility for win xp of some sort
and thanx to bolbort its an extracter/rebuilder of some sort?

you will need to sort out the fat table for those big files but it dosnt look like the tables are in order.
