How do you rip PS2 games to .ISO?

Hi I'm trying to rip GT4 into a .ISO so I can patch it and put it into my HD. I can't seem to find any guide that tells you how. I would like to learn how to rip. Thx

DVD Decrypter sould do the job... and that's prolly spelt wrong lol

Not really, the dvddecrypter-site is down, but Ã*f u just want to make a iso:

insert your game and run dvddecrypter, then choose MODE -> ISO -> READ ... then choose a name/directory and u are set

As mentioned above, DVD Decrypter is the easiest and most reliable method for ripping a PS2 game to ISO. Simply Place original in your PC DVD-ROM drive and open up DVD Decrypter. Go into the Mode option and select ISO--->Read and then start it up.
