I have a backup as a DVD-RIP on cd but my friend's PS2 can only play DVD-R's for some odd reason and he wants my backup. I want to know how I should extract or burn it to get it burned on a DVD-R.

What I've tried so far is extracting it with ISObuster as a BIN and CUE file, but when I use alcohol 120%, it says I have to put in a cd =/.

    1) Pretty sure it will works.
Create an iso from your CD.
Extract all the file with isobuster
Use a programm called $ony DVD Gen to create a DVD. or

    2) Must works
Create an iso from your CD.
Extract all the file with isobuster with the file list.txt (LBA relative path)
Use CDGenPS2 (paste from iso buster, take the file list)
Add a dummy file to boost the size to 1 gig at least.
Clic on Vol. enter the same slus as it is.
Clic on Image (save as iso)
Use DVD Decrtypter to burn the DVD.

Use Discjugger. It doesnt care what type of media you use. Ive had this situation before, i had a cd image and it was a little too big for the cdr, but i tried using a dvdr and it wouldnt work..i think it was in nero..anyway, i used discjuggler and it worked.
