I have a US V7 PS2 with a Magic 2 chip and I cant get
"Hot Wheels Velocity X Usa Ps2-MIRACLE" to boot. I'm using Verbatim cds which are very good. Is anyone else having a problem with this game I burnt it twice the second time even slower.

Getting MIRACLE releases to work is sometimes just that - a miracle...
Personally, I've had so many problems with their various releases that I avoid them unless there's absolutely no other alternative.
Odds are it was another hasty, half-ass job...
I have not had any problem booting that game in my ps2. Don't feel bad, the game ain't that fabulous...
Burnt the game @8x using cheap cdrs and no problem booting (with Messiah chip). Same here: It ain't that good :D
