Help Spiderman 2

I am triing to back up Spiderman2 but when I try to make the ISO image using Alcohol 120 and DVD decripter they error out.

this is the first one I have had touble makeing the ISO.

Jak 3, Racket and Clank, etc no problem

any suggestions?

Try to clean the disc and then try.
