    Hi,

I am a total newbie to the ps2 scene but I have a ps2 with a matrix infinity chip, but I am trying to make back ups of my games that I have. So far I have read and read but it seems that I am only making coasters. I have a Xbox and I have no probs making backups for that so any help would be great. Do I need special tools to do this. Thanks in advance.

Use Nero (Express) & click option "Copy entire Disc" just make sure you burn at 4x if works ok then try burning at a higher speed. You can DL trial version at www.nero.com

I have used nero express, I am going to try one more time. So there is nothing you have to do besides copy, no patches, cracks etc. I am used to doing xbox where you need extra tools to be able to burn them on disk. I hope this works seems alot easier almost too easy. Thanks again
