I need advice on how to burn a .bin or .cue file to play on ps2?

i have 2 games ripped to my hard drive but when i try to burn them i'n unsuccessful, do i put them on cd or dvd? and do they need to be converted to a different file type?

What 2 games are you talking about?
They'll need to be on DVD media if they are PS2 games. Use DVD Decrypter or Alcohol120 to burn them.

you should rip your games into iso and burn them

alcohol 120% is crap!!!!! i've wasted like 10 cd's already

it gets to like 60% and then says "recording failed"

I'm trying to burn winning eleven 9, we love katamari, torino winter olympics

all three games just don't burn, it's like there's some kind of security feature inside the file that doesn't let the burning process complete to 100%. Once it even got to 94% then FAILED. I try to burn at 16x and it still fails, i try at maximum speed and it still fails.

i'm gonna give up soon, do you think it could be because my alcohol 120% is the trial version? maybe i need to buy the full version?

please guys i'm dying here

never liked alcohol 120% as i get alot of errors, you should try dvd decrypter and see if that changes your issue

forget it, i figured out the problem.

i'm not extracting the files correctly, they're like .001, .002, .003
and i don't know how to extract the .iso out

Alcohol is the only program I could get to work for me.

I use dvd decrypter to rip images easily, but when I burn it gives me major problems.
I was successfully able to burn FFXII demo with alcohol though.

i didn't mess with any settings in 120%
