Help- Making workable copy of games

Hey i need help trying to make a copy of capcom vs snk 2. I tryed making the game by downloading the whole game from internet, but seems like i can't make a cd that works. I use the cd to backup the game into the hdd for ps2 but im burning the files wrong on the cd anyone can help me give me steps how to do this correct? please.

I have the game but its alittle scrathed and my old ps2 can't read it only new ps2 can. i liked this game its nice im trying to find another way to get it. You can get band for talking about this ? but u can talk about making copy of game O.o? im lost.

u can talk about how to make a backup of a DVD/CD.

but we do not talk about downloading illegal copy's of any kind whatsoever.

u need a copy of that game, and u want it from internet, thus making this a forbidden conversation.

Go get a job and buy the game if u think its good.

You didn't read my post did you? why would i buy another copy of the game. I think the game is good but not good enough to have two of the same game. Ok so whats the diff between burning a game and making a copy of something you don't own or use to own. Reason i say this is cause when you make a backup where do you get the game friend?, blockbuster?, or maybe you have the game. If you have the game you can make a copy as long as you have the game but whats the point if you have the game?. That copy ppl give to their friends i bet. Or they sell of the game to get more games to make even more copies. You see where im coming from? its the same thing just a diff way to obtain the game. I don't think its illegal if you have the game like when ppl download roms and they "say" they have the game.

and i still say, if u like the game so much, buy another copy.

and again, we dont talk about 'how to obtain' or 'what is the best way to get' a game here.

also, there are thousands of tutorial's on how to copy games all over the net.

use google or the search button. If your legit copy still works fine on your new ps2...

Look, its not that we wont help u, its the way u come in here, talk about downloading games from internet and ask sum n00bie question that has been answered a 1000 times already.

I said only a new ps2 can. Doesn't mean its my ps2 i meant it new ps2's in general like my buddies. Im sorry i can't find a answer to something that isn't allowed to be talked about and banded on this site so there is no answer. I took the effort to look but i stoped looking after i knew i was never going to find the answer on posts because like you said its not allowed its illegal but its legal if you have the disc like all the other ways. I am a noob at this also lol thats why the masters (you all) should donate some knowledge to the community because you guys have to much :P. Like rich people giving back to the community heh .

Its very obvious u are not able to backup your current copy of the game since it is damaged, so u have to get a good copy 'some where' else.

there is no way of repairing a damaged disc.
(some ppl say so, but that's a load of crap)

Altough its weird u can play the game on your buddies, new PS2, but are not able to make a backup on your PC...

Man thats a good idea i never thought of that lol. Game reads on pc so i can burn a backup to use on ps2 because the new backup will have 0 scracthes. Thanks for telling me that i should of thought of it lol.
