Bin/Cue is the native format for CDRWin.

If you don't have a copy and only need it to burn the GS2 image, the head over to www.goldenhawk.com and download their free trial version which is limited to 1x burning. May take a while, but it's free and will be done right...

Open the Cue file in Notepad.

Look at the first line. If there's a Path statement there, simply delete the path and then Save the file.

    example:

    FILE "D:\files\upload\gs2.bin" BINARY
    TRACK 01 MODE2/2352
    INDEX 01 00:00:00

    Change to:

    FILE "gs2.bin" BINARY
    TRACK 01 MODE2/2352
    INDEX 01 00:00:00

Also take a moment to read the On-line Help file as it really is good...
