Help Backing up Onimusha Blade Warriors

Hi
I was trying to make a back up of Onimusha Blade Warriors. Everything seemed ok until the game tried to access my memory card. I'm sent to the "red insert PS or PS2 media" screen. Do I need to apply a patch? If I do where do I get it? and is there a site which will give me instructions on how to do it?

this is the famous RED SCREEN OF DEATH...happened to me also....second game to do it....first TRUR CRIMES>>>

well...I know true crime...if you don't have a no-swap chip in there, you need to get something like a CDloader...if that's what they call it and activate a certain files in that program to make it work...it's located in the place-whose-name-won't-be-mention... As for BladeWarrior, i'm not sure since i don't have that game....but you could try with both games....for more info..just do a google search...i'm sure you'll find everything there........gooodluck

in my case my magic2 chip just seems to be outdated for some of the newer games....
