on dvd ps2 games do you need to patch .img files? everyone in these forums dont talk about that. so do you need to or no?
wtf would you have to patch it with? just make a 1:1 ratio copy
i use ea patcher to patch it. how do you make a 1:! ratio coy or whatever. ill try that and see if it works.
you dont need to patch dvd games! or a dvd image!
wow... a 1:1 ratio is an exact copy:
1:1 = O <-> O or OO <-> OO (copy is exactly the same as the original)
so you guys are saying if i follow the record max thing and do what it says it will turn out right and boot with my mod-chip and everything? is that the same with EA games? will it work with all games?
You wouldn't by chance also be having difficulties passing your English class this semester too?
Again, the answer is: Y E S
then why am i reading all this stuff about patching the .img files and finding out if it is fade protected? have you guys done this and had it work? blank dvds are expensive and i dont want to waste them. follow the record max and it will work? ok i will.
does this include every single ps2 dvd game? are there any games that cant do this? like gtavc? cuz there are people on the forums looking to burn gtavc and if this program can do every game why dont they use this program?
YES! EVERY dvd game is like this. NO there are none that arent. NO vice city is not an exception (im playing it off a dvd-rw because my brother took my original. all i did was make an image and burn the image...nothing more)
fade protection is ONLY for dvd-rips.
1:1 copies (exact, direct copies) of dvd games need NOTHING extra to be played with a mod that can handle dvd-r backups. no patches, no editing, no conversion, no cheeseburgers....etc.
