hdl_svr.elf question

Are there any other files that should go with it? When it loads ont the PS2 it looks likes it loads everything then just stops after loading hdl_svr.irx. All files previous to that are listed but there are no bytes next to them. Is there supposed to be and once it is done loading should it say "ready"? I have pinged the ip of 168.192.1.103 which is what I have mine set up to be and PS2 responds but with version 2 of LordBoGaMi HDL_Dump GUI I try to get it to read the toc and I get an error message. Any ideas? Thanks

What does this error message say exactly?
BTW, I personally wouldn't use LordBoGaMi's GUI; that needs work. Try the ufficial hdl_dumb 0.8.1.
