You can get the PS2Client app right here in the uLaunchELF forum, click the link above in my last post and go to the Release thread....first post at the bottom you will find the files.

Yes, Host is similar to FTP, but more like "windows share files/folders" and is much faster for network transfers, but it cant install game to the HDD, only files.

edit: heres a direct link to that thread:

Is PS2Client available for transfer from HDD? SKS apps I assume, but I'll check
PS2Client is a PC-side command-line type program. Normally it is used with a GUI too, and the one I prefer among those is called PS2ClientLoader. With this properly configured you just launch it on the PC, and then it will automatically invoke the PS2Client program when it 'sees' (through LAN) that a HOST server has been opened on the PS2.

At the PS2 end you simply browse to "host:" in the uLaunchELF FileBrowser. First you do it once just to open the HOST server, so that time you don't see any contents. But the next time you browse to the "host:" device (after PS2ClientLoader has launched PS2Client.exe on the PC) you will see the shares that were defined for PS2ClientLoader as contents of the pseudo-device "host:". Those contents can then be copied by the FileBrowser to any other compatible PS2 media (memory card, PS2 HDD, USB drive).

By using 'network drives' on your PC it is even possible to access other computers in your LAN than the one your PS2 is directly connected to, assuming that those computers have shares to which the first computer has access rights (depends on the active account too). I use this method myself to have access to three different computers (over 1.5 TB of data) in a single uLE FileBrowser session, without any reconfiguration needed to browse from one to the other.

    Best regards: dlanor
