What burning app do you use? I used to have a similar problem as yours. Probably, your burning app is not ripping the ps2 dvd very well. I suggest you should get PowerIso app because it will rip stright away. For example, I have try to rip my final fantasy X dvd with nero and it's cuts back to 3.5 gb. FFX dvd size should be 4 gb NOT 3.5 gb.When you rip ps2 DVD, make sure iso and DVD gotta have the same amount of sizes. If not, it won't work.

well they all are dual layer discs so ripping with PowerIso doesnt work but imgburn does then i use apache 3 to extract layers run the ripkit and it produces a iso which gives me errors in USBUtil saying cant rip so i edit the iso and still cant rip so i use USBInsane on Both and Soni Unleashed and i get stuck at a green screen i enabled mode 1+3 and get stuck at a white screen using latest revision.Help Please.(P.S Without editing SYSTEM.CNF I Get this clutter filled system.cnf file)
