GTA VC NTSC US - DVD+R Burn Anomaly

So Im attempting to burn GTA VC onto DVD+R using RNMAX.

It burned with an error but correct me if I am wrong:

The burner burns from the CENTER - OUTWARDS correct?

If so then for some odd reason I have a thin - blank burn circle near the beginning of the DVD+R.

It looks as if it burned for about a 0.5mm distance from the center of the burnable region and then the un-burned circle appears which is about 0.1 mm wide - however, from that point ON it burns with no glitch.

Now I dont know if this is a random case - could be but can anyone confirm the valid DVD+R burn of GTA VC?

Nevermind - I just reburned another one and it works NOW.

LOL An end-user error attributable to one of those 2003 kemikals, perhaps...?
