Gt4 backup problem

Using single layer back-up tute sonix 2005 I am getting the same error message using PPS down sampling tool V100
ERROR IS : PSS PIEX
Component 'ACTIVE SKIN.OCX' or one of it's dependencies not correctly registered or a file is missing or invalid.
What does this mean?
Can anyone help me ?

Just copy that *.ocx file in windows\system32 directory

i had the same problem look for v1.01 of PSS Downsampler Tool it has the OCX file you need to be put into the system32 folder of the windows folder
