Gitaroo Man

The Gitaroo Man i dled came as a .mdf, how would i be able to run this? i tried alcohol 120 mounting then created a iso file with magiciso & patch, the game ran and all, training went thru well, but once the first level starts or vs mode, it has no sounds and you can see the background still moving, but the round doesn't start, it just like freezes there, anyone have any idea whats up with that?

where did you got that game i mean .mdf ?
if you own your game make an iso using imgburn
