It is still piracy, if you hold an ISO (copyrighted material) of a game you do not own.
As long as you still have the original, it is not piracy since you own the original...but you have the copyrighted material still in an ISO on HD and sold(...) the original, where as you effectively also sold the right to keep the copyrighted content of the disc.
If you would still have the original and for example it is broken, or the PS2 simply canīt read it, it would be legal...
Try it with one of your originals (I canīt think of the dump-asses, which ONLY have copies and no originals, neither supporting the companies which produce the games they love...).
