is there any place that shows all the ps2 games and what format they are like if there cdr or dvd?

You might check out the thread called "PS2 DVD or CD List" (in general PS2) we attempted to get something like that going a while ago, and it never really took off. There are other suggestions as to where to find the info, as well.
