hey, i'm hearing all sorts of things bout flash updating the 106 drive, i'm a bit of used to flash updates(mainboard bios/xbox

/my old plextor from 4 to 6 or from 6 to 8 speed) but what is my advantage with a flashed pio106 drive with gradius's flashfile(wherever i can get that)?

so what are the plus and cons of the new flash?

Checkout this link for all available firmware: http://www.rpc1.org Just click on "Download Firmware" and find your drive.

If you goto >NIL's page here --> http://pioneerdvd.rpc1.org/ you'll get the firmware which gives you multiregion + 12x Rip on your 106. Something the manufacturers firmware won't do...
